Short on time? This class is for you… our 45min X-Train Class will take you to the next level, you will be burning fat and building muscle while improving endurance, strength, co-ordination, balance, posture and speed.

This workout utilises your own body weight with functional exercises and use of free weights, suitable for any level of fitness as you work to your own limits.
