Circuit

Boost your energy, improve your cardiovascular endurance, promote calorie burning & feel better within. Circuit is a combination of stationed & instructed exercises using a variety of equipment from free-weights, adjustable barbells, step platforms, resistance bands, running between cones & agility ladders, skipping, shadow boxing, working with medicine balls and much, much more. With exercises changing monthly this class really keeps you on the go & is a great way to get motivated.

Our circuit will leave you breathless and wanting more!
